Topic 1: Keep Fit

To talk about keeping yourself fit, I would say that it has already become a daily routine for some people, especially those that are aware of their health regardless of their age. Keep fit has slowly but surely turned into something that everyone in the society wants, they dream to have a body that will never get fat no matter how much of food they’ve consumed throughout the day, hence, they choose keeping themselves fit. By doing so, they believe that it will give them a healthy body, leading to a healthier and more beautiful lifestyle whilst reduce the risk of them having any unwanted disease such as diabetes, hypertension, and so on. Adding on to that, keep fit will also change you completely into a different person, and this is important for those who really want to become a better person in their life. From doing exercises, to taking vitamins that are vital for the body, they bring out the ways to keep fit. As a person that does that regularly in his or her daily life, it is believed that it will definitely change both their mental and physical health to be in a better state, and this can lead them to live more happily every day. However, all this while, people have the perception that if I wanted to become fit, I can do it in a short amount of time, due to the variation of supplements that are claimed to be super effective in cutting down weights, which is one of the most visible thing that we can see with our eyes. With this, it is always there giving people that are so desperate to keep fit a very wrong advice, as we do not know if the supplements provided in the current market is verified by the authorities or not, in order to prove its legitimacy in bringing a positive outcome after consuming them. This is really something that we, as a person that know this, are responsible to let all of them know about it, so that they won’t doing the thing they want to do in a way that will harm them. Keep fit is something that everyone in the society should do, with the condition that, they know what they are doing for keeping themselves fit. It is really a very good thing to do, as it can prevent us from getting any unwanted disease that may lead to death earlier than we wanted. In other word, who wants to leave this world earlier when you can have a beautiful life here? Last but not least, mark my word, in order to keep fit, I’d really recommend that you should do a lot of research on it before executing it, so that you will be always on the right track to keep fit.


TOPIC 2: Time Management

Time management is always something that people tend to forget about, even though it is something that is really important, which can lead to the amount of time you can have spending on doing the things that you want or have it done. With this, I would say that, time management is something like, whereby you are the manager of the time that you have, which is 24 hours a day, and you are responsible to manage them effectively for the day so you can get your job done efficiently. It has slowly become really important to everyone, because you can say that, people are getting lazier nowadays due to the technology advancement, they rely too much on technology and thinking that why should I do it when I can do it in a faster way with the help of technology, and in the end, their time has been used up completely just by thinking all of these useless stuff. When someone does manage his or her time effectively, he or she definitely can tell what is going to be done next, and having free time left at the end of day. For example, a student in a study, from him doing his homework, to revision for exam, it all takes time, and they need time management so they can be executed by the student properly, in order to prevent having insufficient time at the end of the day, leading to getting a bad result for the exams. With the example above, we can see how important time management is. Without it, we can have 48 hours in a day, and it would still be not enough for us. People nowadays do not know the importance of it, and only know ranting about how short the time is available for them to get their stuff done in the timeframe given. To be more specific, one thing that needs time management the most in this world, is project management. With a proper time management for the project, we can definitely cut down the cost of the project, which is very good for the company. With all these, we can see that time management is really good, as it definitely brings balanced life to everyone. Hence, to conclude this, I would suggest people to start having the habit of managing their own time everyday to stay ahead of others.\


TOPIC 3: Phubber

Phubber is a term that is slowly gaining its popularity after the advancement in smartphones industry. It defines someone that is so stuck with their phone no matter where they are. With so much that people can do with their smartphones, they are so relied on their smartphone in order to do everything that they want to do with it. This term is to bring how people are so indispensable of their smartphone, letting them know that they are already become a so called “phubber”, and they would think that, would ones want to be called a “phubber”? From walking to even driving, people rely on smartphone like never before. As they are walking, they might be trying hard to be the first to know what is actually going on in the world, and as they are driving, they need it to navigate to places they do not know how to go without it, even it might be dangerous if it is not used in a proper manner. With all these, we can see how deep the dent is made with technology advancement in smartphones when we compare the life nowadays with life back in the 70s, 80s, and so on. Being a phubber, I would say it is really bad, as people don’t really pay attention anymore to what is actually happening around them, which is to say, the real world of them. To further explaining phubber does with a somewhat real life example, it is like a fried egg that sticks on a bad frying pan, and people’s faces are stuck onto the screen and never left the screen until the battery runs out on the smartphone, and continue again after fully charging the smartphone. To sum it up, I would say that when you have time, instead of taking out your phone and look at it, which you think you want to have some fun with it, think again, ask yourself this, can you actually have fun with the surroundings that you are in, maybe yes, right? Not only that, you might even get to learn something new, beneficial to your life, who knows.
